We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, energetic and outgoing person who must meet the following requirements:

Be customer service oriented
Ability to multi-task
Clear phone voice and strong verbal skills
Multiple phone line management ability
Computer skills in Windows based programs including, but not limited to, Excel, Access, Publisher and Word
Strong and accurate typing skills
Be able to work Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm (Position is 40 hours, plus occasional overtime)
Be able to work occasional weekends Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 11am-4pm
